I got a chance to check the area they worked on. It's been through heavy rains, rain on frozen ground, melting snow, and... dry. They were hired to do part of a foundation, and the other areas still got small damp spots. First time around we had a our basement kitchen water proofed, and this time it was a crack in our foundation that was repaired and sealed. Both jobs were very clean and where both done same day. I would highly recommend waterproofing PD, just for the peace of mind. Thank you to the crew that came out today. The company waterproofed my house in 2021 and did a great job, completing the work on time and at the quoted fair price. Ed also provided very helpful advice for other repairs we were doing. This weekend, Ed quickly arranged for a technician to come out on a Sunday morning to fix my drain, which was backing up. I highly recommend Ed and this company, without reservation. It isn't often that you find a company that goes over and above like these guys have. They were professional, on time, answered all my questions, kept all the work areas clean, stayed within their quoted pricing and worked with me when I asked about adding more to their workload. I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call them again, or pass their information on to anyone who needs waterproofing done.Alex and Andrew, thank you again for everything!!Ichiro Horikawa19:42 01 Dec 22I'm a handy guy and rather not substitute work to others, however, Water proofing such a great scale of surface of my house is just nothing I should cheap out on. My journey started because the home inspector said the underground foundation requires little attention. I googled many water proofers and found this company review the highest and no complaint found. I have called the number and they came over to gave me a quote. During the inspection, they recognized the issue and found that the wrong material membrane (interior type used, not exterior type) and wrong installation was done previously. They explained that the previous method should not be used since it can create multiple cracks to the foundation. He also said that this current method is popular on YouTube because its easy and cheap. I'm not a professional on this, but am a professional in my field and I do hate YouTube's "Standard". The major difference was, previously the membrane was "Nailed in" and for best result, should be drilled and then screwed in. Which makes sense. On the day of appointment, 2 guys arrived and started their work. They covered the grass area with tarp and started digging. By late morning there was a trench and by evening they were burying. 2 guys took 2 days to do 2 walls. Now when I look at my house, I look at the beautiful foundation instead of the wall LOL.Thank you guys for your hard work.Shayan Kannan17:41 20 Oct 22Vlad and his team did a phenomenal job with my basement exterior water proofing.
