We had a great experience with WaterproofingPD company. The technician came prepared for the estimation and explained us in details what’s needed to be done. Very well priced as well. The team was very professional and finished the job the same day. A 25 year warranty was offered as well. Their hard-working team waterproofed our basement, installed a sump pump, and added new weeping tiles, all within an agreed deadline. Since the work was completed, we have had plenty of rain and our basement has stayed completely dry!!! I highly recommend Waterproofing PD for anyone looking for reliable, top quality waterproofing!

They stuck to budget with no surprises and the cleanup was exceptional. I would gladly recommend Waterproofing PD to anyone who needs this service.
I had selected WaterproofingPD to do the waterproofing works for our church’s leaky foundation earlier this year. Price was better than their competitors, works were done quickly with no hassle to us. There are no longer water leaks in our basement and their works were well tested with this past rainy summer. We are pleased.

On time and on budget, great job guys! Thank you again.
I was very pleased with the service and professionalism WaterproofingPD demonstrated from the time I asked for a quote to the time they finished the job. I would recommend WaterproofingPD to anyone who would need their services.

Vlad and his team were amazing to work with. They were open and transparent about the issue and possible resolutions. They focus on task at hand and leave only when you are satisfied with the outcome. Thank you guys!
I’ve used this company now for the second time and I could not be happier. First time around we had a our basement kitchen water proofed, and this time it was a crack in our foundation that was repaired and sealed. Both jobs were very clean and where both done same day. I would highly recommend waterproofing PD, just for the peace of mind. Thank you to the crew that came out today. Keep up the good work.
I can’t say enough about Alex and his team. It isn’t often that you find a company that goes over and above like these guys have. They were professional, on time, answered all my questions, kept all the work areas clean, stayed within their quoted pricing and worked with me when I asked about adding more to their workload. I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call them again, or pass their information on to anyone who needs waterproofing done.Alex and Andrew, thank you again for everything!!
We absolutely recommend this company. The work was reasonably priced. They were professional, efficient, respectful of our property and did wonderful work. The clean up afterward was well done.
Couldnt be more pleased about the responsiveness of the rep and how quickly he got a crew to come out take care of my leak.
Exellent and very proffesional work. Good communication. Explained everything and handled all work in a timely fashion. Workplace cleaned up after work.
Edgar and his guys were awesome to deal with. Very informative and provided details of what needed to be done. They provided daily feedback of what was completed and what needed to still be done. Extremely satisfied with overall work.
We experienced severe water and sewage backups and needed a completely new basement. Edgar did everything including demo of existing damaged concrete floor, new waterproofing, proper drainage, updated plumbing and rough-ins, and poured new concrete. All of this and they were in and out in just 6 days!
I hired Edko Enterprise Waterproofing to do waterprotection on my house. They arrived on time every day and they killed the project very professionally the way I asked. I’m a highly recommended contractor myself as well so if my word count here I would recommend this guys to anyone! I was 100% satisfied with the crew and their work!! Thank you!
Edhar and his team did a great job on underpinning! They coordinated the permits and started right away. I was basically hands off! His guys worked through all weather conditions and never missed a day. They finished exactly on time and checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was getting exactly as i wanted! I got 2 more feet of ceiling space in my basement from the underpinning and was happy throughout the whole process.
We contacted Edko after discovering some pooling water in our basement. We feared we would need to move forward with a massive waterproofing project, as we have an older home. Edgar arrived promptly, only a few hours after being contacted, and performed a thorough inspection of the affected area. His integrity was on full display when he ultimately directed us to contact a specialized plumber, as he determined that the basement foundation was not the issue, but rather a potential underground problem, and that his services were not required. He was courteous and respectful throughout the inspection, and I would certainly recommend anyone with suspected foundation issues to contact Edko.
I Called Edko about basement waterproofing and scheduled an appointment right away. Their guys worked quickly and efficiently. Had a great experience and the project was completed without any hassles.
Edgar and his team at Edko Enterprise Waterproofing is nothing short of a world class organization. Pricing is very competitive, timing and follow up were met on the dates and times stated by Edgar and clean up was satisfactory. It truly was a pleasure having Edgar and his team on my project to repair our leaking basement. We were very impressed with Edgars ability to overcome a problematic constraint we had with our project. We would highly recommend Edko Enterprise to anyone looking to have basement leaks repaired.
Edko did a great job. They started my work timely and completed it very timely. My queries were answered timely and they were available all the time whenever I needed them. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for your help in getting waterproofing done timely and within agreed budget.
The guys at Waterproofing PD were incredible! They did amazing work to fix my super leaky basement which is nice and dry after the recent storm! The price was fair, they did quality work with knowledge and skill and were wonderful to work with! I highly recommend them.
We engaged Waterproofing PD about a month ago after having some water issues in our basement and we only have positive things to say! Michael and Vlad were immediately responsive and they had a team out for the project in a short time frame. Not only were they able to identify and fix the problems, they did so during one of the coldest snaps this winter (which was highly appreciated)! The team was neat, tidy, meticulous, and even repaired our downspouts to help alleviate water issues! Would highly recommend the team for all waterproofing!
I had a great experience with WaterproofingPD company. They fixed the water issues in my basement quickly and efficiently, including repairing several cracks in the foundation. The team was polite, professional, and left everything clean when they were done. I’m impressed with the quality of their work and the 25-year warranty they offer. Highly recommend their services for waterproofing and crack repair!
I was extremely impressed with the work completed by Vasyl and his team at Aquamaster. From consultation to execution, the entire process was seamless. The interior waterproofing was done exceptionally well, on time, and within budget. I couldn’t be happier!
Got my underpinning done by those guys in the beginning of this year. Resently closed my permit and I am extremely happy with quality of work
I recently hired Waterproofing PD to replace a below-grade drain in a basement apartment kitchen. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. The workmanship was excellent. The crew was hardworking, professional and very tidy, expecially considering they had to work in a pretty confined space. Also, I’ve never seen a better concrete patch job, and I’ve seen many. Best of all, the problem was fixed and my tenant is happy.
Professional, capable, and priced to offer good value. Thank you!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Edgar and Waterproofing PD. What a great experience! Everything was great from the initial phone call to the completed work! I highly recommend them. Use them you won’t be disappointed 🤩
I recommend this company 100%. They are amazing workers they know what they’re doing. And the most important thing is when they say you can trust them believe it.
From start to finish, my experience has been one of the most professional business encounters I have ever had. Edgar and Vlad (technicians) were courteous, polite, clean, and knew exactly what they were doing. Vlad took the time with me to explain the process and scope of work and made recommendations for having a 20’ stretch of interior weeping tile installed and graded towards a new sump pit. The job was approved and work scheduled. The team kept following up with me in order to schedule when I was ready for them. The crew showed up on time the date scheduled, and we reviewed the scope together. The finishing work is superior to anything I’ve ever seen in this industry, and I have dealt with numerous contractors at different homes, none of which come close to Edgar’s and Vlad’s team. The service and final product shows you get what you pay for. Outstanding job guys!!!
Edgar and his team not only completed the waterproofing as discussed, they did an excellent job putting things back together while being extremely neat. I would not hesitate to work with Waterproofing PD again in the future.
I recently had my basement waterproofed by these guys, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did they follow specifications to a tee, but they also took the time to explain everything to me in detail, ensuring I understood the outcome of their work. Plus, they were incredibly kind and courteous. Highly recommend them for any waterproofing needs!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Waterproofing PD, and I must say, they did an absolutely amazing job! From start to finish, their team displayed utmost professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional skill in waterproofing my property. What impressed me most was their commitment to ensuring the best outcome. They used high-quality materials, were punctual, and kept me informed throughout the process. The final result was beyond my expectations – my property is now fully protected against water damage, and it looks fantastic!I highly recommend Waterproofing PD to anyone in need of top-notch waterproofing services. Their expertise and customer service are unparalleled. Great job, guys, and thank you for your excellent work!
Had an excellent experience with Waterproofing PD from start to finish. Everyone was pleasant and timely, starting with the receptionist Oksana, then Edgar, who came, examined the site, and explained what and how needed to be done; and then Mike and Dima doing exactly what was said, quickly and thoroughly, leaving the site clean, and myself content and happy.I highly recommend this company!
The reviews don’t lie! Competitive price, quick service, and good communication. Would recommend.
Great service and competitively priced!
I would highly recommend Waterproofing PD. They were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. Even during the quoting visit, they listed a number of things I should ensure were addressed even if I did not allocate the work to them. They showed up on time, did a through job and made sure that I was highly satisfied with the work.Thank you to Vlad and his team!
We’ve done our research and sourced numerous companies to cut and install egress windows in our basement. We could’ve had anyone do the job to be honest. But when it came to safety and our investment, we wanted the job to be done PROPERLY, PROFESSIONALLY, LEGALLY, and to BUILDING CODE. That’s where Vlad (from Waterproofing PD) comes in.Vlad and his team came out and delivered. From consultation to end of job – exceptional service!Even though the work took a little longer than it did due to the extremely HEAVY rainfall for the past few days, I was worried that water was coming into the basement (the rain wouldn’t stop). The team had just put the foam around the windows, and there was still work to be done. But when I went to check in the basement, it was COMPLETELY DRY. I was impressed. Vlad and his team got an “A+++” just for that. I knew we had the right team.On the final day of work, the windows and wells look beautiful. The wells are not the typical galvanized wells. These… are 6×6 timber which are beautiful to look at once inside the basement and out. Everything complemented each other.Thank you Vlad and team for your professionalism, neatness, and responsiveness to our requirements and concerns. We appreciate it.Denaread more
Unfortunately we had leaks in our basement on both sides of our home. Edgar from Waterproofing PD came out, examined the problem areas and gave us a quote for completion of the job. We had used the company once before and were impressed with their work. Michael, Dima and Yaro arrived promptly on the agreed upon date and the job was completed in 3 days. They were thorough, professional and cleaned up the areas thoroughly before they left. Once again we were very impressed with Waterproofing PD.
They came, Michael and crew, worked hard over 3 days late last fall. I got a chance to check the area they worked on. It’s been through heavy rains, rain on frozen ground, melting snow, and… dry. They were hired to do part of a foundation, and the other areas still got small damp spots. It’s like a dry zone was created where they did their project.
Vlad and his team did an excellent job. He was quick to respond, was reasonable in pricing and the service was completed in a very timely manner. They repaired and waterproofed a crack in the foundation of our home with minimal inconvenience and it was clean without any debris or garbage left behind.I am very satisfied with the job completed and would not hesitate to recommend.
I’m a handy guy and rather not substitute work to others, however, Water proofing such a great scale of surface of my house is just nothing I should cheap out on. My journey started because the home inspector said the underground foundation requires little attention. I googled many water proofers and found this company review the highest and no complaint found. I have called the number and they came over to gave me a quote. During the inspection, they recognized the issue and found that the wrong material membrane (interior type used, not exterior type) and wrong installation was done previously. They explained that the previous method should not be used since it can create multiple cracks to the foundation. He also said that this current method is popular on YouTube because its easy and cheap. I’m not a professional on this, but am a professional in my field and I do hate YouTube’s “Standard”. The major difference was, previously the membrane was “Nailed in” and for best result,… should be drilled and then screwed in. Which makes sense. On the day of appointment, 2 guys arrived and started their work. They covered the grass area with tarp and started digging. By late morning there was a trench and by evening they were burying. 2 guys took 2 days to do 2 walls. Now when I look at my house, I look at the beautiful foundation instead of the wall LOL.Thank you guys for your hard work.read more
Terrific team from the quote from Vlad to the on site project team! Professional, prompt, efficient team. An amazing project that was in scope, on time and on budget! Our sump pump was relocated and our basement waterproofed, a secure feeling. Thank you.
I had Edko waterproof majority of the perimeter around my home. Also had a sump pump installed. Like many reviewers have already said, I was very pleased with their work and accountability. One example really stood out for me: After their work was done and I already paid the invoice, I noticed that one corner of the house (where they dug up and re-soiled) had collapsed due to heavy rain and a small sinkhole was created. I called Edko back just to get some advice, and without even being asked, they sent their guys to fill the hole with more soil later in the week. This level of accountability and character exceeded my expectations, and I very much appreciated it.
Reached their service through an ad, however I was wondering if I will receive a good service or not! They did a great job, On time, reliable and professional… I highly recommend their service…
Edgar was very pleasant to deal with. They digged all around my house and applied lots of different layers of protective materials. What really surprised in the speed. It took only 5 days to complete. it was not the cheapest price, they Edko were highly recommended and did great job.
We had an amazing experience with Edgar and Andrew in our project. They provide us with affordable price and they truly care about their work and willing to help the owner in every aspect of the job. Also, they are willing to solve problems that may arise during the project and they don’t necessarily charge you for small things if they can do it themselves. Excellent job, excellent quality and they clean up after.
Over the last 6 months they have performed 3 projects for our family. They are quick, clean, very professional as for timeliness and pricing.
Competitive price, good hard working guys, very professional and knowledgeable crew. Cleaned the work place and finish the job in time. Very flexible and nice person to work with for your needs.
Timely response… super efficient … helped with paperwork for backflow rebate Excellent and quick professional services Highly recommended
It has been a pleasure to work with Ed. Guys were on time, job is done. I would recommend him to everyone. Basement is dry now, Happy Client.
We hired Edko Enterprise to complete plumbing work for bathroom renovation at our house. The work involved relocation of the bathtub, introduction of the shower, and two sinks (instead of one). The job was very time sensity, as we have small kids, and we were afraid that the work will take too long. Edko’s team was very efficient and responsible, showed on time, and finished work as originally promised. Once the work was done we had no issues with the plumbing, everything was working smothly, with no leaks or other complaints. Highly recommend this company.
I guess time will tell with the effectiveness of the waterproofing but the work was done in a timely manner. I was under a time crunch to do a full waterproofing and they got it done for me immediately so that was great. I received estimates from several companies and I received similar information from all and pricing was similar. I went with WaterproofingPD because they did not want to demolish my porch like other companies did and as well they dealt with my neighbour and our narrow shared laneway in a professional manner. They started work immediately and didn’t stop until the job was done. Thank you!
Had waterproofing for my basement done about 2 weeks ago. From the beginning, the physical review and diagnostic, the estimation, quote and actually getting the job done on time, Waterproofing PD delivered a professional job. They went beyond of what other companies were willing to do. Super satisfied. Thank you team. Michael is your contact guy. Bless you!
I recently had my basement waterproofed by WaterproofingPD, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and explained every step of the process thoroughly.I highly recommend WaterproofingPD to anyone looking for reliable and efficient waterproofing solutions!
Terry and his team got my issue resolved. Finished in a days time. Hinest and reliable work. We’re extremely happy. Thanks so much!
Amazing company, great workmanship and professionalism. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for the hard work!
Fantastic service! They did a wonderful job and left with no mess left behind. Very kind and I would recommend themto anyone with waterproofing needs.
Great team to work with! Not only did they do the job well but they took the time to care for the spaces they were working in.
I contacted Waterproofing PD and had Volodymyr coming and giving me a fair quote. The team Micha, Sergio and Micha show up to work at 8:00 and worked so hard until 8:00 pm for 2 days to get the job done.I already recommended them to my friend and won’t hesitate to do that to anyone
We needed a new water supply line from our house to the city property line and Edgar was quick to accommodate us with a very reasonable quote. The crew that came was professional and did the work in less than 4 hours with no big trench in the lawn. They went above and beyond our expectations torpedoing down through the floor and coming out in the center of the one hole needed, truly amazing. We are very happy they came to do this job for us.
I had an incredibly positive experience with Waterproofing PD and would not hesitate to recommend their services.Right from the start, the process was quick and painless. The quoting process with Vlad was thorough, informative, and accurate. The crew who came to perform the repairs were effective and communicative. Additionally, I was incredibly impressed with the care the crew put into protecting my house and landscaping while the work was underway and then the efforts they put into cleaning up and returning everything to normal once they were done the repairs.Vlad stopped by during the process to make sure everything was fine.Katarina from the office was always available for all updates and paperwork, making sure we have all needed.
Vlad and team cut out and installed a window for a basement room.It is day one after installation but it completely changes the lighting and look of the room, which had been windowless before. The window looks great, well-installed and functions well.Waterproofing PD is an easy company to deal with: a prompt visit and quote and sticking to their stated timelines. They are clearly busy (and I can see why) but friendly, responsive and professional. A special shout out to Katarina, who was quick to respond when I had any questions re timing and payment.Word Count: 96
I experienced a crack and subsequent leak in my basement foundation walls over the summer in October 2023. After calling two other well-known waterproofing companies in Toronto to obtain quotations to have exterior waterproofing completed on the leaking wall, I decided to go with Waterproofing PD based on my positive interaction with Edgar, one of the company’s owners. Edgar’s vast experience in waterproofing is evident as he thoroughly explained the entire scope of work to me as well as the timeline to complete the work. The team of workers from Waterproofing PD showed up to my house everyday on time and worked extremely hard to get the job done within the prescribed timeframe, while ensuring my backyard and landscaping was adequately protected. Edgar showed up on site as well to ensure the work was being completed correctly by the team. After the work was completed, my backyard was left spotless! I would not hesitate to recommend Waterproofing PD to anyone who is having a basement… leak in the GTA and needs a company to help find them a permanent solution. Thank you again Edgar from Waterproofing PD for your kindness and professionalism in helping to solve my leaking basement issue!read more
Vlad and his team were great to work with! We had a very large egress window installed in addition to another window that was larger than the previous one. Work was done efficiently, looked great in the end and their pricing was unbeatable. We’ll be using Vlad and his team again as we replace additional windows around the house!
Very professional, showed up on time everyday, top notch quality workmanship. Very hard working, great to talk to, knowledge was superior to others quoting the job. The end product of waterproofing the exterior of the house as well as installing the sump pump to stop water from flooding the basement is working fantastic and completed with the highest quality workmanship. They clean up the entire area that was worked on and no mess was left behind. I would definitely recommend Waterproofing PD for your waterproofing needs. Give them a call you won’t regret that you did. Pricing is amazing for the quality of workmanship that you get.
Great to work with: on time, did what they said they would do and things were done very well! Full confidence in the Waterproofing PD team! Thank you Vlad and Oksana!
Very professional and clean job was done .On time, organize , professional, clean and reasonable price.Always wish them prosperity.Very satisfied.Hamid
On time, on budget, everything cleaned up. Just finished today and rains are coming tonight. I have no doubt they did a great job. Even the building inspector was impressed
Great work from hard working and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Vlad was great to work with. He worked with me on our budget for the project. The two men worked quickly to complete the project in two days. Everything was cleaned up well and so far, we are happy with the job!
Awesome! Very friendly and fast workers! Recommended 100%
Edgar from Waterproofing PD is thoroughly professional and provides very responsive and thoughtful customer service. The company waterproofed my house in 2021 and did a great job, completing the work on time and at the quoted fair price. Ed also provided very helpful advice for other repairs we were doing. This weekend, Ed quickly arranged for a technician to come out on a Sunday morning to fix my drain, which was backing up. I highly recommend Ed and this company, without reservation. They provide excellent service and great value.
Vlad and his team did a phenomenal job with my basement exterior water proofing. They finished within 2 days, and cleaned up after, spotless! high recommend this company! Vlad is very easy to work with, and goes the extra mile! Cheers!
Vlad and team are outstanding. They offer competitive pricing, are on time and go above and beyond to be helpful. Vlad himself is great to work with. I will absolutely recommend this company to friends and family – no hesitation! In the future, I plan to use their services again. Thank you Vlad.
We are about 1/2 way through our renovation, the underpinning is now complete, giving us 8′ ceilings in our formerly 6′ basement. Edgar and his team have been fantastic. They have been honest with us all the way through, never promising something that couldn’t be done. They completed the work on budget (AMAZING) and only about a week later than originally discussed, but that was because they discovered some issues once everything was exposed… we consider it on time as well. The team was very hard-working and showed up every day without fail. If we had questions, Edgar was always available to speak to us and also came to the house on a number of occasions to check on progress. Edgar was also very responsive to a few minor problems that occurred and had the issues resolved same or next day. I would recommend Edko with no hesitation.
Very pleased with edko’s work. the team was great and professional. it was done quickly and thoroughy. very glad we found them.
Excellent job in all respects. Very professional, clean, met deadlines and went up and above to make sure job was done to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.
Edgar from Edko responded quickly to our request for a consultation and quote. His quote was competitive, he seemed very knowledgeable and we appreciated his honesty when he suggested that we shouldn’t waterproof the entire wall as it may not be necessary. He booked us a date for the work and his crew showed up on time and did a fabulous job. They waterproofed outside and installed a sump pump inside. They were efficient and, inside, covered our basement furniture with tarps to avoid getting it dusty, which was considerate. Edgar also helped us apply for the city rebate on sump pumps. Edko came to me recommended from a friend, and I will not hesitate to recommend Edko to others.
Edgar was very punctual in keeping his appointments, returning phone calls and advising when the work would be started and completed- They did an excellent job above my expectations as I previous had this job done by another company who did a poor job pricing was very competitive and I would recommend EDKO Enterprises to any one who needs waterproofing Very pleased. Great job – Thanks Guys
Great all round professional service! If you have a leaky basement, I would certainly recommend Edko Enterprise.
My basement was leaking and this company was prompt and professional. The work has held up through the winter and I would definitely recommend them. There was one part that they needed to come back to finish the next day, and they did.
Had a leak in my basement under the stairs area. The job was done outside and inside of the house. No mess at the house after the contractor left our house!! Very happy with Ed and his crew.
I found out that we have a leak in our basement but could not locate it as our basement is finished. I called couple of companies and all of them kind of pointed in same general direction but could not actually pin point the crack or water source. I found Edko waterproofing on homestars and called them. Edgar came out and did an inspection he used a thermal camera and moisture meter to exactly locate the spot. With in a week his crew came out to do the job They were clean and professional. Did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Edko in future.
Guys were very professional and kept our property clean and our basement dry will recommend these guys to everyone who needs them
Edgar at Waterproofing PD is absolutely top-notch! I had a persistent issue with leaks, and he tackled the job with unmatched skill and professionalism. From start to finish, he demonstrated incredible attention to detail and made sure every problem area was thoroughly addressed. What really impressed me was his efficiency and expertise—he didn’t just patch things up; he ensured everything was sealed and secured for the long haul. Thanks to his efforts, my home is dry, secure, and leak-free. Highly recommend!
Short turnaround time required for a relatively small waterproofing job, and Waterproofing PD was up to the task. Met with Mike who was very knowledgeable and discussed a number of options with us. When they came on site to do the work, they were very conscientious of dust and covered everything. The finished work looks amazing, and every step of the way was explained in detail. We’re very happy with the results.
Daniel did a great job did our waterproofing outdoor and french drain. We had basement leak from the floods in july and august. Highly recommended.
Great job! Nice and dry.
This is a honest and reliable company.I had a water leak concern, and Vlad was able to come on the same day for a inspection. He gave me great advise. This put my concerns to rest, and carrying out his advise delivered effective results.I would definitely use this company when needed again. Highly recommended!
We just had our waterproofing done in Toronto by this great company. Very nice team of guys they sent, they dug by hand it was very precise and lot cleaner. They did the entire house in a few days and worked long hours to get it done and left the house and driveway sides tidy. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get waterproofing done to go with waterproofing PD, they are priced well, and we had a good experience overall!
A great team. Honest, hard working, and showed up daily to get the job done. I highly recommend Vlad and his team! Did the inspection, gave us an estimate, got the permits, and went right to work. A pleasure to work with after a nasty flooding experience!

He gave me a couple of options on how to address the problem with keeping in mind the budget. The crew came out to do the job they were clean, professional, and efficient. I don’t have a leak anymore in the basement, and it’s all dry.Thank you, Edgar and the crew, for doing a fantastic job.Highly recommend !!!

Thanks Vlad for the very cooperative and accommodating attitude.
Absolutely fantastic work.NOT Only did they fix the initial problem but found multiple other problems. They explained everything to me, and were able to resolve the issues at hand.Great workers, great communication – highly recommended.
What a wonderful team! They came to assess the cracks in the foundation and came up with a sensible solution. They started work couple days later, were professional and left the site clean. Any question or extra explanation we needed were quickly answered by their team. We sleep with a peace of mind knowing we chose the right team.
I found this company online while researching waterproofing experts. They were amazing. Firstly, i called later Friday and Vlad came on Saturday and gave a detailed written quote on the spot. Then they handled all the work to get the property marked by the city (which was done very quickly). The work was done in just over a day and the workers done a great job. They laid out tarps for the dirty, they followed all the steps explained to me and it was done with quality. They also went above and beyond and installed 2 new downspout extenders to ensure the water from 2 downspouts was pushed further away from the foundation. This company did a great job and id highly recommend them to anyone.
Edko replaced my leaking water pipe which was located under the basement floor. The plumber that came was very professional and explained everything to me. It started out with 1 hole in the pipe to 5 separate holes and about a 12 foot pipe replacement. The cost they quoted me was fair and accurate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of work. Thankyou for a job well done.
Great customer service! Wasn’t the cheapest quote we got, but we are happy we went with this company. Edgar was very professional to deal with, workers did a great job and left our place clean. Wish all the contractors were that easy to deal with. Thanks again!
One area of my basement had been leaking on and off for years but only if there was a heavy downpour. Edko’s crew found the leaking area (outside), sealed and repaired it, giving a 25 year warranty. So far the basement has remained dry but the test will be seen in the future/after several downpours at which time I will post another review. Edko’s estimate/final price was considerably lower than other companies I contacted.
Edgar came and assessed my situation and recommended external waterproofing. I had seepage during heaving rains and it was worse after the winter thaw.
Called EdKo Enterprises after dealing with an ongoing slow leak in the basement. The best solution in our case was to trench weepers in the basement to control the flow of the water directly to the sump pump pit.
Edgar was great to deal with. Digging down my basement was a huge job and a lot for me to take on with 2 kids. If there were any issues during the process he made sure it was taken care of. If I had any questions he would explain the process to me which I really appreciated.
Very satisfied with the work the guys did. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. Work was scheduled in the same week when I called and completed as per agreed schedule. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.
Our original basement window wells were shallow and crumbling. EDKO had done waterproofing, sump pump installation and sewer lateral replacement for us this past year (and helped us apply for the City of Markham rebates), so I called Edgar for an estimate. We decided to go ahead with full window well replacement and exterior waterproofing for the side of our house. The price was good, and the hardworking and professional crew, Nazar and Shamar, did a great job! We would gladly recommend EDKO to anybody that needs waterproofing and related work done on their property!
